PleasureScape Affiliate – Terms & Conditions

PleasureScape Affiliate – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and using our PleasureScape Affiliate Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Read them carefully—because if you break them, I will pull your vendors faster than you can say “oops.”

I know these might sound a bit harsh—they're really not meant to. But I’ve got to protect my business, just like you need to protect yours. These terms aren’t here to make things difficult; they’re designed to make sure everything runs smoothly and that both of us benefit from this setup. Simple as that.

As part of the PleasureScape Affiliate Program, we regularly check the sims where our vendors are hosted to ensure that all requirements are being followed. It’s just a quick way to make sure everything looks good and stays on brand—nothing personal, just business.

1 – Vendor Rights & Removal

PleasureScape Furniture reserves the right to remotely remove your vendors if you breach any part of this agreement. No warnings, no second chances. Follow the terms, and we’re golden.

2 – Brand Representation

Your affiliate package includes more than just the main vendor. You’ll also find:

  • PleasureScape Logo
  • Landmark Giver

These aren’t optional. You’re required to display them for brand recognition. If you’re selling PleasureScape products, I expect the branding to be there—loud and proud. You will also find:

  • Additional Vendors

3 – Vendor Placement

Your vendor setup needs to be:

  • Easily accessible
  • Clearly signposted

If you think slapping the vendor onto a wall filled with 50 other affiliate boards and shrinking it down to microscopic size is acceptable—it’s not. That does nothing for you, and it drags down the PleasureScape brand. Take pride in the display—it helps us both.

4 – Display Requirements

Every affiliate display must include:

  • The main vendor (labeled as “PleasureScape Affiliate Vendor (M)”)
  • The PleasureScape logo
  • The landmark giver

If any of these are missing, expect your vendor gone without notice.

5 – Branding Permissions

As an affiliate, you’re allowed to use PleasureScape branding strictly at the point of sale.

This means:

🚫 No using our logo on posters, sim descriptions, or any other form of marketing without prior consent.

🚫 No random advertising that makes it look like you’re an official PleasureScape store.

If you want to do something creative with branding, great—but ask me first.

Follow these rules, and we’re good. Break them, and I’ll yeet your vendors out of existence before you even notice.
